A Word Before You Register

Your Ride Collective Entry is NON-REFUNDABLE  

You will see optional rider cancellation coverage offered by a third party available for purchase during registration. This does not cover change of plans, lack of training, minor injuries, general sickness, etc. Please consider purchasing additional rider insurance if you would like extra peace of mind and check the policy limitations before you purchase. 

You still have options!

• If you decide (10 days before the event) that you can’t ride we will hold a place for you for 2024, but you will have to pay the full fee again. Please let us know by clicking “Unable to Attend” below.

• Friend and Family transfer is available July 19 - see below

• As of after 10 days before the event, deferrals requests are NO longer an option. Graduated deferral schedule based on the time prior to the event.

  • If you decide or are unable to ride after June 1 we will defer you to 2024 for a $120 fee.

  • (Prior to June 1 = $50, Prior to March 18 = $25)

  • We will not know the date of the 2024 event until after July 2023, so please only choose to defer if you have a flexible life.

  • Deferrals are not transferable, they are for you to return and finish what you started.

No exceptions, please don’t ask. Please remember we are a non-profit organization. ;-)

Friend of Family Transfer

• There is NO public resale of entries. If you have a friend of family member who would like your entry we are happy to transfer it to them. Please let them know they will be assigned your jersey/t-shirt size. They can very likely exchange it at the finish if available. They need complete the transfer and sign up, they will get a new number plate (not yours). The cost of the transfer is $20. PLEASE no posting of for sale entries on public websites/craiglist etc.
