When is the Event?
The ride is on Saturday September 21, 2024.
Where is the Event?
Start/finish and the after party all take place in Downtown Palisade (3rd & Main Street)
Can I ride a different course from what I indicated on my registration?
You are welcome to change your mind and ride a different course. You do not need to update your registration.
How can I confirm my entry?
You may confirm your entry into the event by going to BikeReg.com and checking the Confirmed Riders List or by emailing support@theridecollective.com.
I would like to transfer my entry to someone else, how does that work?
You may transfer your entry on BikeReg.com until August 16th for a fee of $30. Please refer to our deferral / transfer policy.
I need to edit my entry on BikeReg, my name is spelled wrong or I have want to change my jersey size. How do I do that?
You may edit your registration information through BikeReg.com. The deadline for making changes is August 21.
Where and when is Packet Pick-Up?
For non-VIP registered riders, packet pick-up will be held on Friday, September 20th from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Red Fox Cellars. Carve out time to enjoy the winery, live music and some tasty food as a part of their Food Truck Friday.
VIP registered riders will pick up at a private location.
Where do I pick up pre-ordered merchandise?
Pre-ordered merchandise will be given to you with your rider packet.
Where can I park?
Click here for directions to available parking areas. Be careful about parking on the streets in the area, and watch for No Parking signs. Once you have found a place to park, you will want to stay in that spot if you are attending the Winefest.
Does a Winefest ticket come with my registration?
Winefest tickets are a separate purchase and can be added to your registration until the Winefest is sold out. Hurry they do go fast!
How do I get the Winefest ticket I purchased?
If you purchased a Winefest ticket through us, your ticket will be in your rider packet. If you purchased through the Winefest official website, it will be at a separate location.
Can I exchange pre-ordered merchandise for a different size?
Please visit the merchandise booth and we will be happy to make an exchange if we have the correct size.
Can I add merchandise to my registration?
You may add merchandise to your registration until August 16 by logging onto your account with BikeReg.com.
When does the ride start?
Please plan to start your ride between 7:00 – 7:30 a.m. All participants must be on the route no later than 8:00 a.m., but an early start is highly encouraged for the longer course. Road Marshals, Colorado State Patrol and Rapid Response will be on hand to help make your ride safe and enjoyable.
Can I pick up a packet for a friend or family member?
You are welcome to pick up rider packets for friends or family without making any special arrangements.
Can my family/friends join me at the event if they aren’t riding?
Your family and friends are welcome to join you for the weekend.
Are e-bikes allowed?
Yes, e-bikes are allowed for this ride.
Are dogs allowed?
We ask that you leave your pets at home for the comfort and safety of the pets and the participants.
Are there showers available after the ride?
Showers are available at Peach Bowl park until 3 p.m. You must bring your own towel and toiletries.
