BEFORE YOU REGISTER, PLEASE CONSIDER
Riders under the age of 16 are free and must be accompanied by an adult.
Tandems are allowed on the course, but each rider on the tandem bicycle must register separately.
All riders will receive a bike plate and bib. The bib includes a tear-off meal ticket for the post-ride lunch and a raffle ticket to enter for a number of prize drawings.
Your bike plate should be attached to the front of your handlebars.

REFUND POLICY
Your entry is non-refundable.
You will see optional rider cancellation coverage offered by a third party available for purchase during the registration process. The optional insurance generally covers accidents and illness leading up to the event. The optional coverage is not a ‘change my mind policy’. It does not cover change of plans, lack of training, minor injuries, general sickness, bad weather day, etc. Please consider purchasing this additional rider insurance if you would like that extra peace of mind and check the policy limitations carefully before you purchase.

Packet Pick-Up:
You may pick up your ride credentials at Red River Conference Center on Friday, August 7th from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. or Saturday, August 8th from 6:00 – 7:30 a.m.

MANAGE REGISTRATION
Deadline for any changes to your registration is July 1 (i.e. jersey size or tech tee size, merchandise, etc.). It’s important we capture all your current information in order to best serve you!
